Small Wedding Package
We know there are many couples who desire a beautiful wedding and also want to keep it small. They simply desire to marry the one their heart loves surrounded by their closest family and friends. We created Silo and Oak to cater to small weddings and this package allows our couples to customize their small wedding to fewer guests and fewer hours.
The Small Wedding Package still gives you access to our beautiful venue as well as the same level of service, tables, chairs, and décor items as the full package, but for a reduced amount of time and number of guests. The base package accommodates up to 36 guests for 4 hours for $1500 Monday-Thursday.
Up to 10 additional guests and up to 3 additional hours for the wedding event may be added for an additional fee. Additional time for rehearsal and photos may be added.
There is an additional fee of $500 for Saturdays and $300 for Friday and Sunday. We only offer the Small Wedding Package on Saturdays if available and booked within 90 days of your wedding. Exceptions to 90 days rule may be made for January, February, or July dates.
All rules and policies of the full package still apply.
*Saturday rates may apply for holidays that fall on a week day and in some cases the days preceding or following a holiday. Additional fees may apply to holiday dates.
Small Wedding Add-ons
Additional Hours and Guests – If you want a bit more time to relax and celebrate you can add time for $200 per hour up to three hours. And you may add up to 10 additional guests for $20/pp.
Wedding Officiant – The one vendor every couple must have to be legally married is an officiant. Otherwise it’s just a party :). Stephen Simmons, I Do Ceremonies and owner of Silo and Oak, offers services at a reduced rate when officiating at Silo and Oak. Month of Coordinator – A small wedding doesn’t mean you have fewer vendors or events to coordinate. You have the vision, you just need a little help creating and executing the plan. For an additional fee, you can add on our coordination services. We will meet with you a month before your wedding and together we will create a detailed timeline for you and your vendors. We will be a part of your day, to make sure that your wedding plan and timeline is followed as and we will provide an emergency kit for, well, emergencies. The rate for coordination (which includes the detailed timeline) will vary based on the needs and complexity of your event. There is no one-size-fits-all bride or wedding, so there’s no one-size-fits-all price. The price for this service for the small wedding package is discounted to $550 and may be adjusted based on the needs of your wedding. Contact to discuss your needs.
Decorating – If you need help with your decorating but don’t want to add hours you may hire our staff to assist, allowing you to maximize your 4 hours. $150 base fee, will be more if detailed table settings or floral arrangements must be created the day of the wedding.
All rates are subject to change at any time due to our ever evolving level of accommodations and services. Of course if you officially reserve a date with a signed contract and deposit, you lock in the current rate reflective of the date of your wedding.
